Despite the complex requirements for protein characterization, such as precision, sensitivity, and versatility, currently, no single analytical method can fulfill all these demands simultaneously for high throughput applications. We developed a synergistic workflow that integrates UV/Vis spectrophotometry with microfluidicsbased capillary electrophoresis to streamline the high throughput characterization of diverse proteins.
